STATEMENT: As a HelloBirth Hypnobirthing educator, birth doula, and mother, I blend lived experience with evidence-based education to create a safe, reassuring space for learning. I teach parents how to understand their bodies, apply practical coping techniques, and actively participate in their birth experience with clarity and strength. I believe birth can be approached with peace over fear, confidence over doubt, and preparation over uncertainty.
