HelloBirth is a parent curriculum and instructor training program focused on a hypnosis-based preparation for birth. Founded in 2021 by two doulas in northern Virginia, Lindsey Vick and Jenny Bennett, the classes include both comprehensive childbirth education and a hypnobirthing approach emphasizing inclusive, accessible books and audio tracks, teaching powerful techniques to build confidence for birth and parenthood, deescalating fear, tension and pain. read more
