It's simple! If you've ensured your attendance at each of the 4 days of the training, all you have to do after that is submit a filled business strategy template. You'll receive your final certification right away and will be ready to start teaching!
At HelloBirth we believe instructors have full autonomy as they run their businesses. As such, we provide a guideline for the class fee so that they can match this to their local market. The class fee ranges from $350 to $500, and includes all materials and an average of 15 hours of instruction time.
Membership is more than a list of benefits, it's a community of support! HelloBirth membership is different than a traditional re-certification model. When you successfully complete HelloBirth instructor training, you are certified to teach. When you renew your HelloBirth membership annually, you maintain your eligibility to teach HelloBirth: your re-certification is built right in.

After Your Training
- There will be a group follow‑up session 1-2 weeks after the training focused on business strategy, integration of your new practice, and Q&A.
- There will be a 30‑minute one‑on‑one session per trainee to walk through technical workflows (registration systems, app use, troubleshooting) and to discuss your certification packet.
- You must have your certification workbook completed and your 30-minute session scheduled no later than April 18th.
